Description

Designed by Gunner Jensen, the IKEA FILLSTA table lamp was available in the U.S. by 2012 and was later discontinued. Its spherical shade is constructed from interlocking polypropylene elements, creating an unusual layered form reminiscent of petals or folded paper, supported by a minimalist three-legged aluminum base. IKEA produced FILLSTA in white and orange, and its playful Space Age-inspired appearance has made it a recognizable discontinued IKEA lighting design.
